Served in the shell, with the creamy yolk partially exposed under a few drops of ponzu, a dusting of tobiko, and a pinch of green onion. The creamy yolk takes the spot light of flavor, with the ponzu providing the salt and deeper tones. The tobiko and scallions coming along for texture. A perfectly composed treat and delightful presentation!
