The texture is much like most of the stuffed mushrooms we've had and the preparation is on point. The oil brings deep flavors and heat. It's truly the sauce that makes this an obvious winner and why we drool over this dish.
Get a piece of that delicious, fresh baked bread to hold under that mushroom as you feed it into your mouth. Enjoy the heat and sweet of the sauce and how perfectly it compliments the dish. Then use that bread to sop up some sauce and some of those bits swimming in the bottom of the bowl. Trust us, you won't regret it!
